Charis Management Systems, the North West's ISO Specialist Consultants received an overwhelming response at the just concluded North Lancashire Expo 2017. For Team Charis, the event was not only a rich experience but also a great opportunity engage with SME’s and business owners regarding the range of services Charis offers. The event was provided live coverage by Bay Radio.
The Expo, being a business-to-business and business-to-consumer event, provided a great opportunity to engage directly with potential clients, suppliers, partners, and investors who attended the Expo with the specific intention of making new contacts and exploring new business avenues.
As far as the mission of Charis Management Systems is concerned, there could not be a better place to meet northwest business owners than at this local expo. Elated at the success of the Lancashire Expo, Yemi Shodipo, Director, Charis Management Systems, says, “I am simply proud of the team as this was one project they carried out with little input from me.”
Fascinating presentations, interesting informative debate, good turnout, made the event a fabulous day for the locals. “It was our first expo and a great experience. We engaged with local businesses and made ourselves more known within the business community. It involved a lot of standing, but you can't beat the opportunity to engage with numerous people who could be in need of our services all under one roof," said Bryanne-Serrita Langham, Office Administrator.
The Blackpool Expo was also in consonance with the Charis Mission, that is to help small and medium sized businesses in the North West to be more competitive than they would be. Speaking on the urgency of gaining accreditations and certification, a key requirement for future growth of SMEs when they seek to gain larger orders and higher value clients, Assistant Consultant Chiko Chupa said, "Our key message at this time for businesses in the region that are certified to either ISO 9001 or IS 14001 or both, is that the transition deadline to the latest version is looming in September 2018, and that they should not delay their transition but get it going immediately.”
Both the Expos provided Charis the perfect place to meet potential customers on neutral ground, showcase its expertise, tell the business owners system nmanagers something they did not know about their business, and give them something positive to talk about, share, and consider for the growth and effective management of their business systems.
